Notes:

Please advise number of guests at time of booking.  Normal maximum is 8.  Guidelines exist for septic system regulations, please disclose so any adjustments in rent can be made.

50% deposit required to secure booking if prior to 4 weeks before rental (otherwise full rent is required), to be paid by cheque, email transfer or PayPal (credit or debit card) if out of country or province.  Should you need to cancel, 25% administration charge if prior to 4 weeks before rental.  No refund if within 4 weeks of rental start date unless date is rescheduled or another booking is found.

To pay with PayPal, go to www.PayPal.ca and choose Send Money.  Send the payment to itfolk@aol.com. 

All rentals are subject to $200 per week or weekend security deposit.  The chalet is inspected fully before and after each occupancy.  If any damage occurs, please advise us so we can correct prior to the next rental.  You will be responsible for any damages incurred.  Key must be returned for deposit to be refunded.

This is a child friendly chalet.

Pets are permitted when approved by the owner.

Families are preferred for this property—no partiers.

Responsible person must be over 25 per insurance requirements.

Directions and keys will be available after balance and security deposit are paid, which are due 2 weeks prior to your rental start date.
